• Not compatible using netplay with older versions.
• No longer loads save files over kaillera to prevent desync. Hopefully sending save files will be supported eventually.
• Re-worked some of the net code to get ready to support syncing cheats.

• Cheat sync is now fully supported over kaillera! Now we're getting somewhere!

• Oops! Multi-code cheats were not working last release. This has been fixed. Cheats were also not able to be disabled. I think this has been fixed.
• Cheats should be 100% functional now!
