Moved DisableFrameSkiptag from APPLET tag into the NESCafe Settings File for consistency
Moved StartDownloader tag from APPLET tag into the NESCafe Settings File for consistency
Moved DisableSaveRAM, DisableSaveState, DisableSaveImage and DisableSaveMovie to the Settings File
Moved DisableTimeShiftBuffer tag from APPLET tag into the NESCafe Settings File for consistency
NESCafe Settings file is now able to be loaded via Script interface across HTTP
