I am releasing this as unstable, because it is filled with bugs, undocumented stuff, and new features.
Basically the new thing in this is lag reduction, and Kaillera Control Panel. The only person who can use the control panel is the person hosting a game, and it is pretty easy to use. Please post bugs specific to this version.
You must download the other version first, and then place this executable file inside of your folder.
Things to note: Clicking Gameshark will freeze Mupen, it's not a bug... nothing was coded for that window.
