Обновилась мульти-оболочка GameEx:

Now has full Themes and Multiple Language support hence the jump in version to 3.00.
Could Translation volunteers and Theme authors, please download the Alpha Theme Pack, and modify the theme.ini and graphics files as required.
If you wish to create a theme, copy one of the existing directories in THEMES and Modify graphics and theme.ini as required.
If a setting exists in theme.ini it will be used instead of the setting in GameEx.ini
The Naming Convention for Themes is 'Language - Name' 'Default - Name' is used when the Theme.ini does not contains language settings.
'Language - Default' is used when Graphics are not changes, and theme.ini only contains language settings.
All the Text/Language values should be in the [TEXT] section of GameEx.ini and Theme.ini
Specify which theme to use in the Configuration tool, under Basic Settings.
Added setting to make Dialog Text White.
Configuration tool enhanced with Font Picker, Brightness and Volume Picker.
If a setting is a drop down in Configuration, and has no value, this will now be selected as an empty value in the drop down, and not the first available option.
Better Mouse Wheel support.
ICONS are now cached. So start-up speed is often much quicker if using ICONS, and returning to GameEx from a Game is as fast as if ICONS were not being used.
Fixed a few typos in the Language/Text Settings.
Application and Install now in Italian.
