Seeking in videos can now be operated by the skip and resume buttons on the MCE Remote.
Fixed a bug with numbers in page title text not showing correctly (broken in last version).
I have encoded quite a few of my DVD's recently.
To save time and use easy software, I ended up converting the movies just using standard tools. This resulted in the output size of all my movies being 4:3 with borders at the top if they were widescreen and additional borders if they were letterbox. There is no way to zoom these letterbox movies to widescreen (I have a widescreen Projector) in MCE, so I have added an additional aspect ratio to GameEx. Together with the other ratios - on a widescreen TV, you can always watch your movies to scale without borders. On a 4:3 screen, this aspect ratio zooms 4:3 letterbox to Widescreen. Why they never built this into MCE I dont know, and Media Player does not even support widescreen displays at all. Hopefully this will make its way into the next version of MCE and Media payer also. Now I am going to watch a nicely encoded movie, full screen, with FFDSHOW post filtering (which to my joy, I have just discovered), in GameEx.
