Обновился популярный эмулятор игровых автоматов на исходном коде FBA 0.2.97.07

- added kovlsqh2, kovlsjb, kovlsjba, kovqhsgs. [EGCG flycboy, 0 day-s, eddids]
- added "Ironclad (Wii virtual console release)".
- fixed Guardians gfx problem.
- fixed load png skin.
- fixed sound when load game with fullscreen from commandline.
- fixed disable CRC check for new audit method.
- fixed gamelist translation speed when didn't find translation file.
- improved load cheat from archive.
- changed to refresh romsets by press F5 in gamelist.
- added game icon display. (drop icons.zip/7z in the same folder as the exe)
- removed "Load archive image/cheat" option. (they will be loaded automatically)
- removed "Use old audit method" option, the new method seems stable.
- updated romsets to match MAME 0.135u2.
