main mistakes of translators usually related with mistakes in words that are even deliberate.
for example in English: "I dunno" means "I don't know" ... "4u" = "four you" ...
Or mistakes of translator may be the result of slang.
for example the word in Russian "окно" basic meaning in English "window", the students means "gap between classes".
(Segaman mistakes: "несщастный" - wrong, "несчастный" - correct, "както" - wrong, "как-то" - correct)
something like that.

That is why I try not to use contractions either, as they tend to come out wrong. I did enjoy the part where he calls it a "miserable" soccer game though, lol.  I just don't know if it's miserable because he doesn't like the way it plays, or it's miserable because it's a hard game to mod, lol. Thanks you for explaining that, but actually I included the translation just to show how lousy the online translators are!!  I am not sure what the Russian translation of what I posted says, but I am sure you can all see what a crummy job it did of translating the original text.  Also, thanks for your translation of what Segaman posted, it makes it much clearer to me.  Here is the best translation I could find

I tried 4 different online translators, and none of them were very good, lol.  But what I seemed to understand from your post is that the mod is too tricky for some one with such little experience like me. Thanks for the reply, H.G.

After reading the entire thread,I have figured out that Sensible Soccer won't run on the Gopher because of the mode button "Вторая - Постоянно нажатая кнопка Mode в портативном режиме(т.е. без телика)."  I have tried several builds on the Gopher and none work, but all work with the AV out!!!  Is the mode button hack/mod that difficult to do?  Would I use a Genesis rom editing tool like MegaTool or Launch Tool, or is it done with a hex editor?  I tried opening up the rom to see if I could do it myself with the xvi32 hex editor, but I honestly have no idea what I am looking at or what value needs to be changed.  .  Thank you all for allowing me to post in English on this site, H.G.
