Seems to do the trick upon fresh boot, unfortunately with a short reset press it doesn't work anymore, it stays on the please wait message 80% of the times
 Thanks! Not trying the other one you sent as I already have the PicoIgr from ManiacVera installed, does it work any different?

any progress with the boot to picostation with picoboot? I still get a good boot powering on the console 50% of the times (sandisk ultra 200gb sd) or is there any workaround?

ну вообще так и должно быть, но к сожалению это заслуга не PicoStation, а твоей карты памяти, мне ещё есть к чему стремиться.
если в двух словах, то для многодисковых игр карте нужно всегда передавать ID первого диска, что бы сейвы в одной игре всегда хранились на одной и той же карте, но в меню это пока не реализовано, а вот в твоей карте в отличии от picomemcard+ похоже эта фишка есть

tested pu18Oc along with the new PicoBooty and It still hangs Up sometimes with that waiting screen in the picostation menu. Games work fine.

Yes I did flash both picostationPu18Oc and PicoBooty from the latest 27.4 release

If it helps, just tried and still happens 50% of the times without the SD inserted, same waiting picture and can't even use functions from picoIGR, need to hard reset or power cycle

попытка номер два, у меня вроде игры с фастбутом грузились норм, проблема была только с Spider Man, поэтому исправление проверял именно на нём.
в общем тестим активно быструю загрузку и читкоды, способ запуска у них одинаковый.

Thanks for the update!
Flashed the Pico station device on pu18 and the Pico booty and there's a huge improvement. All games that crashed loading either through fast boot or with cheats now seem to load fine. I find the checkbox for the cheat activation a bit unclear visually but maybe it's just me.
I still have issues sometimes after the booty animation that the Pico station menu hangs up as if the SD was not ready (SanDisk ultra 200gb) just loading the menu saying please wait loading, that only happens with picoBooty on, or with SD card on, it looks like the SD card is detected but still not ready as boots fine if no SD card inserted. That never happened when the boot time was longer (even with the caetla chest device) now with such a fast picobooty it hangs up 50% of the times.
Прошил устройство Pico Station на PU18 и Pico Booty, и это значительно улучшило ситуацию. Все игры, которые раньше вылетали при загрузке через быструю загрузку или с читами, теперь загружаются нормально. Мне кажется, что флажок активации читов немного нечеткий визуально, но, возможно, это только у меня так.
У меня все еще иногда возникают проблемы после анимации загрузки: меню Pico Station зависает, как будто SD-карта (SanDisk Ultra 200 ГБ) не готова, просто загружается меню с сообщением «Пожалуйста, подождите, загрузка». Это происходит только при включенном Pico Booty или при установленной SD-карте: кажется, что SD-карта обнаружена, но все еще не готова, так как загрузка происходит нормально, если SD-карта не вставлена.

 вроде ты "RESET"  не припаял ?   И ещё на всякий случай земля(GND) тоже нужна, а то на фото не видно..

Is that Pico booty file different than the one included in the 25.4 release?

Я подключил его, как вы сказали. Спасибо. Работает хорошо, загрузка очень быстрая, но иногда зависает на экране загрузки Pico, а иногда меню Pico Station застревает на этапе меню, не отображая содержимое SD-карты, просто ожидая загрузки. При отключенной загрузке Pico этого не происходит. У меня PU18, и, похоже, fastboot тоже иногда дает сбой, а загрузка читов зависает чаще всего, особенно если включено более одного чита.

I wired it as you said. thanks. it works well, the boot is really fast but sometimes it locks in the pico booty screen and sometimes the pico station menu gets stuck on the menu without showing the contents of the SD, just waiting loading, that doesn't happen with the pico booty disabled. I have a pu18 and it seems that fastboot is also failing sometimes, and cheats loading gets stuck most of the times specially if more than one cheat is enabled.

I want to install the pico booty, I see the diagram but it doesn't mention if the pico is wired to 3.3v on the parallel port or 5v, do you install a diode to protect the board in case of update?

I have a Pal console and I've always seen that kind of garbage in the bottom of the screen. When it launches in NTSC mode that is cut from the visible part of the screen

Yes, the new versions of the Picostation menu are no longer supported on cheat cartridges, and the same goes for eeprom. However, it works perfectly on Pico_booty(or PicoDev)..
Pico Booty speeds up boot time and makes the "Picostation" menu launch faster. An additional modification, "IGR," is also planned for Pico Booty in the future. There's also a PicoDev2 version with dual boot—the Picostation menu and Unirom8 mode—all toggled with a button.

Then it seems I'll have to install the picoBooty, although I already have a PicoIGR (from ManiacVera) and having 3 raspberry picos along with the DFO module seemed already like a lot.
I was trying to understand what the installation of the picobooty is but I guess with the translator I'm missing some information as I've seen in the pictures of the previous pages some additional module and the memory and don't know what that is about

ну что, новый тест.
Быструю загрузку буду ещё дорабатывать, но это уже в следующем релизе, некоторые игры не грузятся с кодами или через fastboot (если меню запущено через booty то всё норм).

поддерживаются коды 30, 80, D0, D1, D2, D3, E0, E1, E2, E3

Again. Thanks for all the efforts on the Pico station project. I just tested this release and can't find out how to activate or deactivate cheats as the triangle button is the same for back or On off function? I might be missing something but I try to make changes and it just goes back and then when I open cheats again all of them are activated again even y try to deactivate.
And I think I also asked on the other forum, why would the booty make it not fail? At least before this update everything was launching every single time.

Hi, Just arrived to the forum. Thanks a lot to all of you developing this, I've been following it closely for a while. I had been using the previous test release of picostation with OC on a pu18 board, and when I saw the pico booty I just thought I could test first using one of those cheap Gameshark clones and flash it. I tried a Caetla rom and with the switch to disable it it speeds up the boot to picostation a lot from 24s to 11s and it conveniently shows a START sign instead of the playstation logo. Then I saw there is this Picostation Menu Rom available and flashed it to the Cart, and saw that it does exactly the same, but with the difference of just showing a black screen until the picostation menu shows up (and changing the video mode from Pal to NTSC).
Now i've seen today the new update that adds cheat options but my parallel port cart with picostation menu rom doesn't work anymore, any idea why? I'm planning to install the additional pico booty device but until I do that I wanted to see exactly the benefits of it. What does this rom exactly do and why would it affect compatibility? thanks
