Like i do get Black Screen but it gives me Signal atleast but it dects the Video as PAL-M or NTSC even tho it is a PAL Console it should say PAL Video Region :((((

Hope its fine to post again D:
Just though itd post new Info on the Repair so basically Traces are all fixed now its just the Jumpers that give me Issues >.>
Since its a PAL MD1 its JP2 and JP3 from what i read which i bridge but now its basically the issue that the TV still notices NTSC or PAL-M Video which is very weird as i am unsure how to fix it :((((

one of the Cables broke off the Modchip X_X
itd just have to figure out which one thatd be which well i do not even know what the modchip is in the first place sadly nor its wiring :((((

вобщем как я понял лицензия или заводская штамповка - играет нормально. а как только пихает болванки писанные (говорит минимальная скорость записи там 16х) то начинаются приключения.

but yea what he is saying is right its Disc was burned at 16x Speed which was the slowest my CD Burner could do and then when i insert it either skips to the PS1 Menu or causes corruption like this :((((
By PS1 Menu i mean like that grey Menu you also get when you have no Disc in the PS1

like i mean i guess i could show you my Settings and like burn another Disc but i will just remove that old Modchip and then just install a Psnee V8 and hope that it works afterwards

Игра не загружается вообще, как будто блокируется после загрузки меню SCEE Sony очень медленно :(

Также да, я предположил, что дело в чипе, потому что я думаю, что один из проводов ослаб, но я могу просто попробовать установить PSNEE V8 Modchip в консоль, если я смогу понять, как работает все программирование и тому подобное :P

Так что у меня есть некоторые проблемы с игрой в сожженные игры, по крайней мере, когда я сжигал, поскольку эта PS1 досталась мне от моего папиного друга, который дал мне ее с тонной легальных и пиратских игр, причем все легальные игры работали, а пиратские были очень хитрыми или промахнуться, когда дело дошло до них работать :(
Так что я попробовал Crash Bandicoot USA.bin, записанный на самой низкой скорости, которая составляет 16x, а затем после завершения загрузки получил приветствие с очень медленным логотипом Sony, который в конце концов даже начал глючить и повреждаться, и я задаюсь вопросом, может ли это быть связано с модчипом, который был установлен?
У меня есть тонна русских дисков, которые скоро прибудут в Германию, так что я, вероятно, буду тестировать их с помощью записанных дисков, но это очень странно для меня, и, возможно, кто-то может помочь и определить проблему :(

Я использую на своей японской приставке обычный кабель питания PAL Nintendo 64, который работает нормально.
Вы проверяли, может быть, покупка кабеля питания PAL поможет решить проблему, или, если заглянуть внутрь, может быть, это тоже аппаратная проблема?

So this is a Japanese Nintendo 64 Console with Basic N64 RGB Mod installed only issue is that it got no Video output and i already checked all the Cables and i am unsure as to why there is no Output :((((

Sorry for the late reply and no i have not but my guess is that probably the rusted PCB Trace is the Issue even tho i connected to broken Trace via a Wire.

If you say that game runs perfectly on original consoles the problem might be only in Songa.
I think that brief check won't cause a damage, while constant exposure to overvoltage might have a consequences for the cartridge memory.

This is the 3.3v/5v cartridge power switch tho it does not seem to change anything like even if i put it on 5v Landstalker is crashing/freezing at the Titlescreen it seems also will a game get damaged if a 3.3v game is plugging in 5v cartridge power mode?

I just noticed mine is MD3 while the Songa COnsole in Alex Z Video was a Model 2 Console thats probably also the reason why it is so small from what i would guess tho i will try hunting down a Model 2 Songa

Sorry for not replying for so long i had stress the past couple days with IRL Issues and also my birthday is at 20.12. anyways so uh i feel kinda weird since the insides are very very tiny and iirc in Alex Z Video they were not as tiny

Yes Landstalker PAL Cart has Saves on it and trying to load any of them causes the Game to lock up but the Game works on Genuine Sega Mega Drive Model 1 and Model 2

You have Landstalker PAL cartridge with save files on it and the game crashes when you trying to load them, right?
There can be different interiors inside this case (pcb boards, chip etc.). Maybe you'll need to check what type of chip do you have and make a photo of it.
Yes Landstalker PAL Cart has Saves on it and trying to load any of them causes the Game to lock up but the Game works on Genuine Sega Mega Drive Model 1 and Model 2

and uh no this is the only Switch aviable on the Console from what i saw.
if i recall correctly Alex has worked with this Mega Drive Clone before tho his was crashing midway through Games while mine did not so im unsure if i maybe have one of the "good" batches of the Songa ZW-163.
But yea i am very confused as to why this happens.
