BizHawk is an open-source multi-system emulator. It uses emulator cores from the Libretro project (RetroArch). Legendary, in its time, the best emulator Sega Genesis, also supports 32x, Sega CD. Excellent compatibility, almost all games work, but there are non-critical problems with the accuracy of sound. Has a lot of settings, support for joysticks, frame skipping, Game Genie, saves, recording sound in wav or gym, there is support for Kaillera. There are graphic filters.
