Here is a little demonstration the first tool made for modding Urban Reign: First you have to get this patch and apply it to the USA version of the game https://www.mediafire.com/file/en8jahcg13hz4z6/Unlock_Hidden_Weapons_Patch.rar/file Then download and install your tool from here https://www.mediafire.com/file/uwqfvnsvjdcjh3j/Urban_Reign_pnach_editor_v1.2.rar/file Currently with the patch that unlocks all hidden weapons including Bordin Gun's you have the editor that changes: -player/enemies stats (Strike, Grapples etc) -movesets -skins -others Keep in mind the editor was made for Multiplayer mode and can be buggy in other game modes.
