О, прикольная идея кстати, гуй взять. Я не против если абсолютно все эмуляторы возьмут оттуда гуй, так как он очень интересный и красивый.

Продавать бинарники - без проблем. Но исходный код должен быть доступен бесплатно.

А еще он обязует
1) соблюдать авторские права разработчиков оригинальной работы (не путать с смежными, против которых как раз копилефт и создавался). Собсно, китайсы нарушили в первую очередь этот пункт, присвоив себе авторство чужого кода без упоминания авторов этого чужого кода.
2) Пользователю автоматически передаются те же права и обязательства что перечислены в лицензии оригинальной работы (то бишь право свободного распространения и изменения и обязанности по соблюдению авторских прав "предшественников" и обазанность не зажимать код в случае его изменения и предоставление исходного кода по требованию других пользователей.) Условия лицензии могут изменить только авторы оригинальной работы -в производных работах лицензия должна оставаться GPL.

Код онлайн доступен не должен. А вот после запроса - обязаны предоставлять.

nonamezerox, гуголь на андроиде это все обходит -- просто вынося в сервисы всё что ему надо. А их он уже не обязан открывать. Тут так же не сложно поступить

Собсно, на территории китая пиндоское (так называемое "международное") авторское право и прочие лицензии не действуют. :lol: так что, китайцы ни чего не нарушали. ;)

( года 2 назад может +\- чист в экспериментальных целях запускал РЕ4 на каком то эмуле гг или порте дельфина под ведройд 5... аппарат у меня был не топовый и фпс был жестоким ( хотя, сомневаюс что дело ток в начинки аппарата), но тем не менее ингейм был.... вот тольк для чего это все.... Привязывать джой к телефону? - маразм)

Выйди на улицу и посмотри вокруг себя. Увидишь много нового. Например такое:
Привязывать себя проводом к компьютеру уже даже маразмом не считается. Это просто смешно.

Они продают свой продукт через пиндоско-международный гугл. Потому прищучить их можно, если конечно есть причина и желание.
