Растолкуте, что за проблема с .Net либами?

Win7 x86, установлены:
MS . NET framework 4.5.1
MS Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) - 12.0.30501
MS Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) - 14.0.23026
на всякий поставил
MS XNA Framework Redistributable 3.5.1
А софтинка вылетает с ошибкой:

В чём может быть проблема?

Ну, у меня стоят VCR 2005/08/10/12/13/15, dNF 3.0+2.0/4.5, XNA 4.0/4.0 Refresh и ошибок пока не встречал =) А окно ошибки вообще на DirectX гонит =)
