Does anyone knows how to permanently patch a raw cheat code to a nes room?
As example the raw code 044E:02 of the Werewolf game.Do I need a program or something like that?

Hex editor can edit raw values for nes games how?(hex offset and ram offset are two different things man) I knew with hex editor you can only edit hex values from game genie codes not raw....

Segaman:
DANGER X, ram can not be edited in rom.
You can only write the code inside the rom, or remove writing code.
